Welcome to Risk Management
The mission of the Risk Management department at Southern Adventist University is to provide a healthy and safe campus environment for students, staff, faculty, and the community. This is accomplished by bringing awareness through health and safety training, conducting health and safety audits and inspections, identifying risk exposures, and transferring risk through insurance programs. We strive to preserve the natural resources on and around campus through environmental sustainability programs and through compliance with federal regulations. Our department also assists with Students' health insurance, Workers Compensation, and Short-Term Travel Insurance.
